Nigel Konstam, Artist and Sculptor
In 2006 my friend Alaya Sinclair and me spent our first winter in the Siena area of Toscany to have undistracted and intense time of carving. There I got introduced to Nigel Konstam and his Verrocchio Art Centre who lives near by . This was and still is a big blessing for me, because he is a patient very experienced lecturer. So I could learn many different techniques from him how to deal with figurative carving and also casting techniques.

Whether you have some experience in art, or are a beginner, there is so much to learn – So come to the Verrocchio Art Centre in Tuscany where one and two-week courses are held from May until October, catering for all ages and experience. Verrocchio is run and owned by Nigel Konstam, a professional sculptor. You will be taught by highly experienced and professional tutors who will share with you their skills and techniques for creating impressive work.
